Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Conceive and master solutions within a digital context including ideation and requirements gathering.
- Drive the delivery of solutions implemented by the IT department to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Coordinate and execute testing phases, including set-up, planning, and execution.
- Manage project roll-outs and provide ongoing support for implemented solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business entities and technical teams to facilitate smooth solution delivery.
- Maintain and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Profiel
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst specifically within a digital environment.
- You possess strong skills in requirements gathering, conception, and ideation of business solutions.
- You bring experience in testing, including set-up, planning, and execution for digital projects.
- You have a Master’s degree in Sciences, Economy, IT, Management, or equivalent through experience.
- You possess a good analytic and critical mind while remaining client-oriented.
- You're well-organized with strong priority management and the ability to work independently.
- You have good command of English, Dutch, and French.
Nice to Haves
- Experience within the Non-Life Insurance sector.
- Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with various Digital Technologies.
