Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify optimization opportunities and translate them into digital solutions.
- Act as a Proxy Product Owner by translating business needs into a clear product backlog and ready-to-develop user stories.
- Design and document functional and non-functional requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Transform proof-of-concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions using AI and IoT data.
- Facilitate co-creation workshops to identify user requirements, indicators, and strategic drivers.
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of new applications and smart monitoring systems.
Profiel
Requirements
- You have 8+ years of experience in general ICT business operations and management.
- You bring 8+ years of experience in Agile environments, including leading workshops and User Story Mapping.
- You possess 5+ years of experience in business analysis for innovative solutions such as AI and Digital Twins.
- You have 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Analysis focused on efficiency and scalability.
- You have 2+ years of experience with Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, LLMs, and AI platforms.
- You’re experienced with Business Process Management (BPM) and process optimization.
- You possess knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- You possess a Master’s degree.
- You are fluent in Dutch (C2 level).
Nice to Haves
- 5+ years of experience with IoT, sensor data, and Early Warning Systems (EWS).
- 2+ years of experience with Azure AI services, AWS, and Azure.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Experience with Python, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Project Management.
- Knowledge of environmental sectors and government operations.
