Responsibilities
- Lead the development team and provide structural coaching to technical staff.
- Execute complex programming assignments including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Drive the technical development of Java-based applications and API integrations.
- Take a leading role within the Agile development methodology and process.
- Maintain high standards of code quality and application performance through rigorous testing.
Profiel
Requirements
- You have 8+ years of backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- You bring 8+ years of expertise in API integrations.
- You possess 5+ years of experience with Postgres for database management.
- You have 5+ years of frontend development experience with React and JavaScript.
- You're experienced with Atlassian Tools for project management and collaboration.
- You bring proven experience in a leading role within an Agile environment.
- You possess professional experience within the public sector or the waste management industry.
- You have strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working within the Flemish Government.
