Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business and user needs into clear, documented, and validated requirements.
- Support the continuous development and improvement of the data collection and reporting platform.
- Facilitate feedback sessions with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to identify optimization opportunities.
- Participate in functional feature testing to validate new functionalities before rollout.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to assist in scheduling, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Identify process integration needs and act as a sparring partner for business process harmonization.
Profiel
Requirements
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or within a procurement environment.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate user needs into practical solutions.
- You bring experience in stakeholder management, engaging effectively with users and suppliers.
- You possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
- You have experience or a strong interest in sustainability topics such as Scope 3 emissions and CSRD reporting.
- You are fluent in English with proficiency in French, Dutch, or German.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working with SAP systems.
- Proven track record in Agile environments and iterative product development.
