A workday as an All-round Complex F&B employee:

You enter one of the nicest hotels in Brussels, everything still looks spick and span. You are welcomed by your colleagues and together with the team you do a handover, which includes looking at the day’s reservations and the occupancy of the hotel. Any specifics on the F&B side, you will gladly take care of!
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible service every day. The day starts quietly either in the morning for breakfast or in the afternoon for the restaurant, ensuring that the F&B area is ready for service. The hotel is almost fully booked, and you expect a lot of guests for breakfast or dinner and then hear that there is a stranded flight whose guests are now coming to the hotel. All hands on the deck! After all passengers have been provided with a snack, a drink or a great breakfast, your shift is over. You will be free for the next two days, in the middle of the week, while the rest of Belgium is at work!
