We are looking for two skilled professionals to join our growing team: one for a Thermal Spraying Operator position and one for a Conventional/CNC Grinder position. Both roles are essential to our production process, and you will have the chance to work on a range of fascinating projects in a modern, well-equipped workshop. We offer in-house training, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities to develop your skills further.

What you'll be doing:

For the Thermal Spraying Operator:

• Set up and operate various thermal spraying equipment, including wire arc, flame, and plasma spraying equipment.

• Prepare surfaces for coating (cleaning, taping, and ensuring surface readiness).

• Ensure the correct mix ratio and quality of coating materials.

• Inspect coatings for adhesion, thickness, and overall quality.

• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed.

For the Conventional/CNC Grinder:

• Configure, set up, and operate cylindrical and surface grinding machines.

• Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure precision.

• Work with a variety of materials and workpieces, utilizing different machining technologies.

• Maintain a focus on accuracy and quality in your work, ensuring the highest standards are met.

• Solve problems independently or as part of a team and contribute to finding solutions for technical challenges.

Both positions require the ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team, with flexibility to take on overtime when necessary.
