Functieomschrijving
Are you hands-on, quality-focused, and looking for a stable production job? Then this opportunity could be a great fit for you!
You will help produce high-quality safety boots used in industries such as agriculture, food production, construction, and fishing.
Your Responsibilities- Assemble components onto moulds before production
- Operate production machines together with a colleague
- Remove finished boots from the machine
- Clean and prepare machines for the next production cycle
- Trim and finish products by removing excess material
- Carry out detailed quality inspections
- Ensure every product meets the required quality standards
Profiel
Your Profile
- Experience in a production environment is an advantage
- You are willing to learn and develop new skills
- You work accurately and have a strong eye for detail
- Quality is your top priority
- You enjoy working closely with colleagues and supporting the team
- You have your own transportation
- You speak English or Dutch and English (you are able to follow training and work instructions in English)
- Modern manufacturing environment
- Standing work throughout most of the shift
- Team-oriented workplace with colleagues from different nationalities (Polish, Ukrainian, Hungarian etc)
- Production targets are important, but quality always comes first
- Product inspection and quality control are a key part of the job
