Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Analyze internal business requirements by conducting surveys and interviews across various departments.
- Perform functional analysis and compare software solutions such as Salesforce, Teamleader, and Odoo.
- Provide a motivated recommendation for the tool that best aligns with the organizational needs.
- Design and optimize business processes using BPM methodologies to ensure efficient system integration.
- Coordinate project facets including cost estimation, planning, and resource management.
- Set up and oversee a pilot project to validate the chosen solution within specific business units.
Profiel
Requirements
- You have 3+ years of experience with CRM applications, specifically Salesforce, Teamleader, or Odoo.
- You possess 3+ years of experience in ICT-related business operations and management.
- You bring proven experience in performing business analysis and functional requirements gathering.
- You have experience with business process management (BPM) and workflow optimization.
- You possess strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and cost control.
- You're experienced in managing various stakeholders and balancing diverse interests.
- You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working within a provincial or local government administration.
