Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Translate the project methodology into a concrete change and adoption plan for the user organization.
- Conduct thorough impact analyses on processes, roles, and operational workflows to ensure continuity of service.
- Develop practical work instructions, supporting materials, and feedback mechanisms for end-users.
- Facilitate the transition for core users, process owners, and management through structured communication and training.
- Coordinate with training and communication officers to align the change trajectory with organizational needs.
- Monitor and manage the adoption process to ensure the structural anchoring of new working methods.
Profiel
Requirements
- You have 10+ years of experience in Change Management and Business Change Management within digital transformation or implementation projects.
- You bring 10+ years of experience in User Adoption, Stakeholder Management, Communication Planning, and Change Impact Analysis.
- You possess extensive experience guiding end-users and management through organizational transitions where service continuity is critical.
- You have proven experience with Incident and Change Management and implementing new application systems in operational environments.
- You bring the ability to translate complex project information into practical support materials and work instructions.
- You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with ADKAR Prosci methodology.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Previous experience within the public sector or a judicial context.
- Experience in Asset Management.
- Active professional knowledge of English and French.
