For one of our clients, a leading printing company in the Waregem region, we are looking for a Technical Operator.Your Role
As a Technical Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machines. You ensure that the production process runs smoothly and intervene whenever necessary to maintain efficiency and quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Setting up, operating, and adjusting production machines.
- Troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues.
- Monitoring and ensuring the quality of finished products.
- Performing first-line maintenance on machinery.
- Recording production data and machine performance.
- Contributing ideas to improve production processes.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Profiel
Your Profile
- You have strong technical insight and an interest in machinery.
- A technical education or relevant experience is an advantage.
- You are capable of working independently and taking initiative.
- You are accurate, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
- You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy taking responsibility.
- You are eager to learn and motivated to master new machines and production processes.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
