As a Product Manager your responsibilities are:
- Gather and translate customer and market insights into product ideas and improvements
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through launch to discontinuation
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and expand the global product portfolio
- Track product performance and support forecasting with data-driven analysis
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, R&D, marketing) to deliver on strategic goals
- Contribute to long-term planning and initiatives aimed at driving growth in international markets

A successful Product Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing products in an international B2B environment, ideally within the construction sector
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Solid business acumen, including building and managing financial cases and performance metrics
- Technically savvy, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to innovation
- Effective project manager, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
