A senior architecture role focused on supporting business and IT transformation towards a modern, scalable technology ecosystem across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for projects within a defined business domain
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather and structure information, and translate business requirements into functional and architectural solutions
• Define and evolve domain architecture in collaboration with business and IT teams
• Facilitate discussions between technical teams and stakeholders, from operational teams to senior management
• Support and coach other architects on solution design and architecture documentation
• Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives, security principles and the overall enterprise architecture

Functional & technical expertise

• 10+ years of experience in complex IT environments, including several years in architecture and digital transformation
• Strong functional expertise and ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand processes and challenges, and identify appropriate solutions
• Solid knowledge of areas such as API/MicroServices, Domain-Driven Design, SOA, Master Data Management, ETL, Analytics/Data Lakes, Cloud and Business Process Modelling
• Experience with information security and architecture principles
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt communication to different audiences and collaborate effectively across international teams
• Experience with architecture modelling tools and/or enterprise architecture frameworks is a plus
• Fluent English and French additional languages are an advantage
