Jobomschrijving
Throughout the program, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of how a large international organization serves customers across multiple markets and drives commercial performance through data, technology, and process excellence.
- Three rotations of 9-12 months across different Commercial Excellence and Operations functions
- Exposure to multiple countries within an international business environment
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Business Leadership teams
- Direct interaction with senior management and key decision-makers
- Ownership of meaningful projects with visible business impact
- Structured learning and development curriculum focused on business excellence, digital transformation, and leadership
- Dedicated support from a mentor and buddy from the start of the program

Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field
- Recent graduate or expected graduation from 2026 onwards
- Initial professional experience through internships, student jobs, or a first role is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for technology, digital innovation, and business transformation
- Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional proficiency in English, Dutch, and French
