Are you an experienced roller operator with a passion for asphalt works?
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced roller operator for our asphalt works.
What does your job involve?
- You independently operate the road roller during asphalt works.
- You ensure the correct and even compaction of the asphalt according to the required quality standards.
- You take into account the temperature and composition of the asphalt and adapt your working method accordingly.
- You work closely with machine operators, drivers and other colleagues in the asphalt crew.
- You help monitor the quality of the road surface and ensure that the works are carried out accurately.
- You work with modern machines, techniques and tools.
- You carry out daily checks and help ensure the proper maintenance of the machine.
- You depart daily from the depot in Oostende.
Profiel
What do we expect from you?
- You have experience as a road roller operator, preferably in asphalt or road construction.
- You have a good understanding of asphalt compaction and understand the importance of using the correct rolling technique.
- You have good technical insight and can work confidently with modern machinery.
- You are flexible and have no problem working in different weather conditions.
- You speak fluent Dutch or English.
- You are able to get to our depot in Oostende independently every day.

- A competitive salary based on experience: €19.51 – €26.00 per hour;
