HEIMWEE is looking for customer service interns for their 3 brands:

• MXDVS
• Objects by Max Reynders
• Garments by Max Reynders

We work across clothing and furniture. As a small, hands-on team, everyone's work has a direct impact on how our brands look, feel, and grow.

We're looking for a Customer Service Intern to join us on-site and and be the friendly voice behind our three brands. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and helping us keep the same care and attention we put into our products in every conversation.

What you'll do

• Answer customer questions via email, social media, and/or live chat across our three brands
• Help resolve order issues: shipping questions, returns, exchanges, and order tracking
• Keep customers informed and reassured, even when something's gone wrong
• Log and flag recurring issues so the team can spot patterns and improve processes
• Support with maintaining FAQs and help-center content as our brands and product lines grow
• Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to make sure customer feedback is heard

What we're looking for

• Currently studying business, communication, or a related field (or recently graduated)
• Strong written communication skills and a genuine, patient, customer-first attitude
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
• Interest in fashion, design, or furniture is a plus
• Fluent in English
