As a Traineeship Recruitment & Sales professional, your responsibilities are:
- Engaging with clients to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.
- Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates through various channels.
- Providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet client requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviews and feedback.
- Preparing and presenting proposals to clients.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of recruitment activities.
Profiel
A successful Traineeship Recruitment & Sales professional should have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as business, human resources, or a related discipline.
