Are you an experienced operator who is ready to take the next step in your career?
Do you already have some initial experience in leadership and are you able to motivate and guide a team of employees?

Job Description:

• You are responsible for the production line assigned to you.
• Your team consists of about 9 employees (both permanent and temporary staff).
• You motivate your entire team and ensure a positive atmosphere and strong cooperation.
• You also actively take part in the production process, monitoring and controlling it.
• You stay alert and suggest improvements.
• You are able to solve small technical issues.
• During shift changes, you are responsible for the handover.

• You have experience leading a team.
• You have strong social and communication skills, allowing you to communicate effectively (also with technicians and other departments).
• Working with people of different nationalities does not intimidate you.
• You can express yourself well in English. Basic knowledge of Bulgarian or Polish is a plus.
• Your formal education is less important, but you have a strong motivation to keep learning.
• You are mature, flexible, stress-resistant, and able to work independently.
• You take responsibility for your work.
• You report to the Production Manager.
