Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the IT development teams.
- Analyze the application landscape to define requirements for frontend integrations with various backend systems.
- Assess how different application components interconnect to ensure accurate and holistic technical analysis.
- Prepare and provide support for testing activities to validate the quality of the team's deliverables.
- Facilitate clear communication and interaction between the Product Owner, Architect, and development teams in an Agile environment.
Profiel
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Stakeholder Management and functional business analysis.
- Extensive experience in insurance business analysis and domain-specific processes.
- Strong understanding of Application Architecture and the interconnection of software components.
- Proven experience working within an Agile methodology (Scrum).
- Possess a leadership mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- You are fluent in English and French with passive knowledge of Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with frontend and backend integration patterns.
- Knowledge of automated testing support.
