Our client is a leading international corporation with operations across multiple continents and a strong commitment to innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence. To strengthen its IT organization, we are looking for a Functional Analyst who can bridge business needs and IT delivery, helping translate requirements into effective and future-proof solutions.

Your impact

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications
  
• Act as the link between business stakeholders, developers, testers, and product teams
  
• Contribute to solution design and help shape the product backlog alongside business and IT leaders
  
• Define and support testing activities to ensure high-quality delivery
  
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Analyst Community of Practice
  
• Build strong domain knowledge and proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes and applications
  
• Support Agile product delivery and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
  

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
  
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and requirements management
  
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
