About the role

Are you a motivated student with a passion for Human Resources and looking to gain hands-on experience in an international environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Benelux HR team.

As an HR Intern Benelux, you will support the day-to-day HR activities across the Benelux region. Based in Belgium, you will regularly provide on-site support at our Brussels office as well as at our Dutch-speaking production sites.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of HR processes while working in a dynamic and multicultural organization.

We count on you to:

• Support the HR team with daily HR administration.
• Assist & Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Contribute to learning and development initiatives and HR project & HR processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation.
• Assist with internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide regular support at our Brussels office and Dutch-speaking production sites.
• Contribute ideas to improve and optimize HR processes.

You will bring:

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Human Resource Management, Business Administration (HR), Psychology, or a related field.
• You are based in Belgium.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
• You are organized, accurate, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a team.
• You are interested in gaining practical HR experience within an international organization.
• You are willing to travel regularly between our Belgian locations.

• An Internship allowance and benefits. The Belgian gross monthly allowance can range from 500€ to 1100€. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification, type of Internship agreement, internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
