Functieomschrijving
For an international production company specializing in high-quality technologies in Deinze, we are looking for an Operator responsible for finishing work (3 shifts).
What will you do?
- Finishing targets: polishing and conventional turning of metal and ceramic targets (long profiles up to 5 meters)
- Finishing is primarily done by machine, but can sometimes be done by hand
- Performing various quality controls
- Recording data (Excel, MES, ERP)
- Reporting and documenting deviations in collaboration with the quality control supervisor
- Packaging in protective film
- Preparing products for collection
Profiel
Who are you?
- You have strong mechanical insight and can read technical drawings
- You work precisely and accurately
- In possession of an A2 diploma, preferably in a mechanical engineering field
- Good command of English
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
- You work comfortably with computers: Excel, MES and/or ERP
- Physically fit: lifting & applying force
