Join a growing and innovative organization backed by a stable international group. As Business Operations Lead, you will take ownership of critical operational processes, ensuring payment and transaction services are delivered reliably, efficiently, and at scale.
Jobomschrijving
- Lead and further develop the Business Operations function, driving operational excellence and scalability.
- Oversee payment operations, reconciliation processes, exception handling, and incident management.
- Ensure critical transactions are executed accurately, on time, and in line with operational controls.
- Define and optimize operational processes, KPIs, governance models, and reporting frameworks.
- Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and external partners to deliver high-quality services and continuous improvements.
- Drive operational resilience, business continuity planning, and regulatory readiness, including DORA-related initiatives.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Act as the operational owner for key payment and transaction services, ensuring strong service delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Profiel
- Experienced operations leader with a background in payments, banking, fintech, payroll, cards, or other transaction-intensive environments.
- Strong knowledge of payment operations, reconciliation, incident management, and service delivery.
- Comfortable working in regulated environments with high volumes, strict deadlines, and critical business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to build scalable processes, improve operational maturity, and lead teams through change.
