Join a large group that combines the stability of an established market leader with a strong culture of innovation. To support its growth and ambitious technology roadmap, the organization is looking to strengthen its team of experts with an experienced Tech Lead
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and guidance to a small team of experienced IT professionals across infrastructure, applications, security, data, and operations.
- Set priorities, coordinate activities, and ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business objectives.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of business-critical platforms and integrations.
- Define and govern IT architecture, technology standards, and engineering best practices.
- Drive the delivery of technology projects, system enhancements, releases, and operational improvements.
- Strengthen DevSecOps, security, monitoring, and operational resilience practices.
- Oversee incident, change, and release management processes.
- Manage external technology partners and vendors, ensuring service quality and operational continuity.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear visibility on priorities, risks, and progress.

- Proven experience leading small teams of senior and autonomous IT professionals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide structure, guidance, and decision-making without micromanaging.
- Solid technical background covering IT operations, architecture, cloud technologies, security, and modern delivery practices.
- Experience in regulated, transaction-driven, or business-critical environments is an asset.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Pragmatic, hands-on leader capable of balancing strategic vision with operational execution.
