Jobomschrijving
- Develop and execute the company's IT and Digital Transformation strategy.
- Lead enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery programs.
- Oversee manufacturing IT and operational technology (OT) environments to ensure stability, security, and business continuity.
- Drive ERP, MES, and business systems optimization and integration.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation initiatives.
- Manage IT governance, vendor relationships, technology investments, and operational budgets.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to support continued growth and operational excellence.

Profiel
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including extensive experience in senior management roles.
- Strong background supporting manufacturing operations within a complex business environment.
- Proven expertise in infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with ERP and manufacturing systems is highly desirable.
- Exposure to AI, data analytics, cloud technologies, and modern operational technologies would be an advantage.
