Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects across the finance portfolio, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, resource plans, and governance documentation.
- Facilitate decision-making and drive alignment across finance leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Manage end-to-end cutover planning, deployment coordination, and go-live governance for large-scale initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while managing formal change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with established PMO standards, stage gate requirements, and delivery frameworks.
Profiel
Requirements
- You have 8+ years of project management experience delivering complex business and IT projects.
- You bring a proven track record in leading finance-related projects and transformation initiatives.
- You possess a solid understanding of finance processes including P2P, O2C, R2R, and Treasury Management.
- You have extensive experience working within SAP environments, specifically SAP S/4HANA programmes.
- You bring demonstrated expertise in vendor management and the coordination of system integrators.
- You possess proven experience managing deployment, cutover, and go-live activities for large-scale transformations.
- You're recognized for excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex environments.
- You are proactive and solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- You are fluent in English.
