Toyota’s European distribution center. It supplies Toyota and Lexus parts to European distributors. In addition, Toyota supplies garages and dealers directly in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, and northern France. At the Diest facility, staff store Toyota and Lexus parts, then prepare and ship them to dealers.

Everyone receives the same training upon starting. You spend the first three days learning about the Toyota culture in a training room. From day four onwards, you receive on-the-job training within your specific department.

As a Toyota employee, you receive an attractive compensation package:

• Gross hourly wage of €16.95/hour
• Shift allowance:
• Early shift: €11.23 per day
• Late shift: €33.69 per day
• Night shift: €46.14 per day
• Meal voucher worth €10 for every day worked
• Mileage allowance
• 6 ADV days (reduction of working hours) per year (50 minutes per week worked).
