Our client is a well-established industrial player providing technical solutions for the construction sector. To strengthen its operations, they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer responsible for ensuring equipment reliability and optimising performance across several sites in Belgium.
Jobomschrijving
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
- Analyse breakdowns and implement sustainable solutions
- Improve equipment performance and availability
- Develop and optimise maintenance strategies and plans
- Collaborate closely with production and technical teams
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Profiel
- Degree in engineering or equivalent (electromechanical, maintenance)
- Experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on mindset with a field-oriented approach
- Willing to work across multiple sites
- Languages: Fluent French + working knowledge of Dutch
