Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Define and review the implementation strategy and detailed roadmap for the laboratory execution system.
- Lead project governance through steering committees and comprehensive status reporting on scope, budget, and risks.
- Coordinate between technical and business stakeholders within a complex matrix organization to ensure milestone delivery.
- Oversee the configuration of master data and ensure traceability across requirements and deployment documentation.
- Manage site readiness, change management activities, and user training to support operational transitions.
- Ensure project compliance with quality management systems, GxP regulations, and validation standards.
- Monitor performance through key dashboards and support internal and external audits related to the implementation.
Profiel
Requirements
- You have 8+ years of experience in project management focusing on LIMS and LES implementations.
- You possess deep technical knowledge of the LabWare platform and Quality Control (QC) business processes.
- You bring extensive experience working within GxP regulated environments.
- You possess expertise in Change Management and site readiness for large-scale software deployments.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
- You are fluent in French and English.
- You are willing to travel between multiple sites, including within Walloon Brabant (Belgium) and Haut-de-France (France) area.
