This Belgian manufacturer of dry powder mixtures for the construction industry (mortars, adhesives, plasters, etc.), located in the Port of Antwerp, is looking to strengthen its current team with a motivated OPERATOR.

As an OPERATOR, you will be responsible for all operational tasks required during your shift for production and loading activities. You will play a crucial role in the production process and will be widely deployable across various production lines, from mixing processes to bagging.

Your responsibilities as an OPERATOR* will include:

• Preparing, weighing and accurately dosing raw materials and additives for mixing processes, particularly liquids.
• Monitoring and operating mixing and filling machines, such as dissolvers, mixing tanks and filling equipment.
• Operating, converting and setting up bagging machines.
• Setting up and loading packaging materials (e.g. film) onto the machines.
• Carrying out process checks and visual inspections of the finished product, such as checking viscosity and colour consistency.
• Replacing simple mechanical components on the production lines.
• Processing residual product and cleaning the factory, including cleaning mixing equipment and pipelines.
• Assisting drivers during loading operations.
• Carrying out internal transport and logistical activities using a forklift and/or reach truck.
