Jobomschrijving
- Manage financial operations across investment funds and corporate entities
- Coordinate fund reporting, audits and related financial processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial control activities
- Monitor cash flows, capital calls and investor-related financial operations
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial, regulatory and governance requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and controls
Profiel
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner within venture capital, private equity, investment funds or a VC-backed scale-up environment
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch is a non-mandatory asset.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, fund structures and control processes
- Demonstrated interest in sectors such as fintech, biotech or technology-driven businesses
- Proactive communicator with a hands-on and detail-oriented mindset
