Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Advise on the development and implementation of organizational ICT security policies.
- Support the establishment and optimization of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on international standards.
- Lead project initiation, planning, and reporting for various security workstreams.
- Perform detailed process analysis to document and improve security governance.
- Coordinate information gathering and surveys across different technical and business units.
- Analyze and optimize Identity and Access Management (IAM) workflows.
Profiel
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ICT security technology and consulting roles.
- You have proven experience in analyzing, optimizing, and documenting security processes and governance.
- You possess technical knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIS2 frameworks.
- You bring practical experience in setting up and managing an ISMS.
- You have hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- You're experienced in project management activities including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- You have strong skills in process analysis and methodological documentation.
- You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or engineering field.
- You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level of proficiency.
Nice to Haves
- Professional experience within Flemish or local government administrations.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
- Knowledge of phishing simulation and security awareness programs.
