Let's Work is recruiting a production technician to work two shifts for an international market leader in Roeselare.

As a Production Technician, you will provide technical support within an automated production environment, with a 50/50 split between mechanical and electrical work. You will troubleshoot, analyse and resolve technical faults on a varied range of machinery, including CNC machines, robots, milling and sawing machines, while also carrying out preventive maintenance and implementing improvements together with the Technical Manager. What will your tasks involve?

• You will identify, analyse and pragmatically resolve technical faults in the machinery so that production can resume quickly

• Following technical interventions, you document the work carried out and the solutions implemented

• You carry out preventive maintenance in accordance with the existing maintenance plan

• Together with the Technical Manager, you'll develop ideas for improvements and ensure their practical implementation

• Within the machinery fleet, you'll work with CNC machines, milling and sawing machines, handling and pick & place robots, and welding robots

• When technical problems arise, you take independent responsibility and actively seek a workable solution
