Your role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Match IT consultants with client projects

• Build a network within your IT specialization

• Develop relationships with consultants and clients

• Guide both parties from the first conversation through the project start

• Take ownership of your market and working approach

Your profile

• You speak English fluently (minimum C1)

• You are communicative, driven, and eager to learn

• You are interested in people, business, and technology

• You enjoy freedom, responsibility, and ambitious targets

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred, but motivation and potential matter most

• Experience in sales or recruitment is an advantage, but not required
