As a Back-up Team Leader, you help the Team Leader and take over when they are absent. You make sure the warehouse runs smoothly and safely, keeping productivity, quality, and a positive work environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Support and replace the Team Leader when needed
• Guide and motivate team members on the floor
• Keep track of productivity, quality, and safety
• Report progress and any problems to management
• Suggest improvements to make work more efficient
