As Customer Service you will work in the office in Brussels and you will be responsible of the Spanish and Italian markets.

Description
As a Customer Service Spain/Italy you will have following responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in Spanish, Italian and English
- Providing detailed information about products and services
- Processing orders and ensuring accurate data entry
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs
- Monitoring and following up on delivery statuses
- Maintaining up-to-date customer records and documentation
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Profiel
As Customer Service Spanish/Italian you have following profile:
- A First experience in a client oriented role (customer service, inside sales, sales support, ...)
- Fluent knowledge of Italian, Spanish and English
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency with standard office software and CRM systems
- A proactive and customer-oriented mindset
