Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative solutions for the technical infrastructure to meet organizational needs.
- Maintain operational system management to ensure service continuity and optimal performance.
- Coordinate activities to ensure the successful execution and evolution of infrastructure projects.
- Define and implement documentation and procedures for infrastructure management and maintenance.
- Lead projects, advise on best practices, and mentor junior engineers within the team.
- Diagnose complex system problems and implement high-availability solutions.
Profiel
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer specializing in Windows environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, DFS, and SCCM.
- Expertise in storage, networking, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Proven experience in auditing and hardening Windows-based systems.
- Strong proficiency in virtualization with VMware and knowledge of backup and restore technologies.
- Hands-on experience with (Power)Shell scripting, Git, and GitLab.
- Competency in monitoring and log analysis using the ELK Stack.
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and ITILv4 Foundation.
- You possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a high sense of responsibility.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French with basic knowledge of the other language and English.
Nice to Haves
- Microsoft Windows certifications.
- Experience with container technologies like Docker or Podman.
- Willingness to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
