Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Maintain contact with various team leaders to align planning and report progress to management.
- Manage the full project lifecycle including budget monitoring, quality control, and comprehensive reporting.
- Conduct risk analysis on project plans and proactively propose mitigation strategies or alternatives.
- Communicate technical changes and project updates clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Coach team members in project follow-up and ensure high-quality documentation.
- Facilitate the integration of traditional project management standards with Agile methodologies across different teams.
Profiel
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management across multiple domains.
- 5+ years of specialized experience managing Cybersecurity projects.
- Experience leading and coordinating projects involving at least 5 different teams.
- Proven knowledge of project management standards such as PMBOK, Prince2, or RUP.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- Experience with Compliance reporting and ticketing systems like JIRA.
- High-level understanding of secure configurations for Networking, Servers, Windows, Linux, and Android.
- Knowledge of IT security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, or DORA.
- Strong communication skills and a result-oriented, proactive mindset.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French with a solid knowledge of the other language and English.
Nice to Haves
- Basic knowledge of security concepts such as Zero Trust, SIEM, SOAR, PKI, DevSecOps, IAM, and PAM.
- Experience with security monitoring and response tools.
- Willingness to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
