As a Commercial Data Analyst and Process Optimization Coordinator your responsibilities are:
- Maintain and update commercial systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Support the customer service department with system-related inquiries and troubleshooting
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT teams for improvements
- Prepare and generate reports to provide insights for business decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow integration
- Train staff on system functionalities and updates when required
- Manage user access and permissions within the commercial system
- Analyze sales results
- Translate Data into specific Insights

- You are a SAP Key user
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: you understand data and translate it into sales actions
- You master Excel
- Knowledge of customer service processes and systems
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Dutch, English and French
