• Lead, motivate, and manage a team (7 people) of insurance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of life insurance policies and related documentation.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
• Handle escalations and resolve complex cases effectively.
• Generate reports and share insights with senior management to support decision-making.
