Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive business analyses, including the definition of as-is and to-be process flows.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and streamline cross-departmental data exchange.
- Draft detailed user stories and establish clear acceptance criteria for technical teams.
- Monitor external IT suppliers and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working groups to harmonize methodologies and requirements.
- Ensure thorough project documentation is maintained and accessible via collaboration tools.
Profiel
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in business analysis and process modeling using BPMN.
- You bring 3+ years of experience with PRINCE2 and Agile project management methodologies.
- You're proficient with 1+ years of experience in Jira and Confluence.
- You possess experience in functional analysis and drafting user stories.
- You have experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality control processes.
- You bring experience managing external IT vendors and their functional deliverables.
- You possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- You're proactive, analytical, and strong in stakeholder management.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French with a good understanding of English and the other national language.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with complex data flows and multi-party data exchange projects.
- Previous experience within a government or public sector environment.
- Affinity with legal, judicial, or regulatory domains.
