Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to map current and future process states.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications, including use cases and user stories.
- Ensure the implemented technical solutions remain aligned with the documented business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply organizational standards and methodologies to produce high-quality project deliverables.
- Analyze the cross-functional impact of business decisions across various departments to ensure organizational consistency.
Profiel
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in functional analysis and business process modeling.
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Confirmed proficiency in BPMN, UML, Use Cases, and User Stories.
- Experience with software Testing and quality assurance.
- You possess strong conceptual skills to translate abstract reasoning into practical solutions.
- You have excellent communication and workshop facilitation abilities.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French with passive knowledge of English.

- Experience with Storytelling techniques to present business concepts.
