Line Leader Slicing - Meat Company | Oudenaarde | 2 Shifts

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

For a growing food production company in Oudenaarde, we are looking for a Line Leader Slicing. The company specializes in slicing and packaging ham products for various supermarket chains.

As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the slicing line. You will coordinate the production process, support and supervise operators, ensure product quality, and make sure all hygiene and safety standards are respected.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting employees on the slicing line.
• Setting up, monitoring, and adjusting production machines.
• Ensuring product quality and correct packaging.
• Solving minor machine issues and reporting technical problems.
• Monitoring compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations.
• Following up on production targets and reporting results.

We are looking for Meat Production Workers for a growing food company!

The company processes ham and packages it for various supermarket chains.

The job is not physically demanding!

Early shift: 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Late shift: 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

You get a half-hour break.

Profile

• Previous experience in a production environment is required, preferably within the food industry.
• Experience as a team leader, supervisor, or line leader is an advantage.
• You are detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• You are willing to work in a two-shift system.
• You have good communication and leadership skills.
• You will speak in English, Polish or Ukrainian with your colleagues
