Jobomschrijving
As Head of Communications, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution, including planning major campaigns while managing daily communication activities.
- Direct involvement in content creation (press releases, social media copy, newsletters, campaigns).
- Oversight of all communication channels (website, social media, newsletters, print), with internal coordination across functions.
- Team management
- Regular collaboration with external agencies and partners.
- Strong focus on creativity and innovation, combined with agency-driven input.
- Budget management.
- Fast-paced, reactive environment requiring also reporting and performance tracking.
Profiel
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a marketing position
- Able to manage projects, budgets, and teams (leadership and teamwork skills)
- Strong command of digital marketing tools, web analytics, and marketing techniques
- Knowledge of various marketing channels (social media, press relations, advertising, etc.) and how to use them effectively depending on the target audience
- Excellent writing skills
- Fluent in Dutch & French mandatory, with good command of English
