This role focuses on managing customer contract renewals from end to end, including pricing, quoting, amendments, and forecasting, while working closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Deal Desk teams to secure revenue and ensure a smooth customer experience. It also involves analyzing contract and sales data, improving quote-to-cash processes, and acting as a subject matter expert for complex contract and renewal scenarios.

Description

• Manage the full contract renewal lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, terminations, pricing updates, and complex customer contract requests.
• Prepare and support sales quotations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with commercial objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Deal Desk teams to maintain accurate forecasts, protect revenue, and ensure smooth customer renewals.
• Analyze contract, customer, and financial data to identify risks, improve data quality, and provide insights on renewal performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for renewals operations, supporting colleagues with complex contract scenarios and process-related questions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline quote-to-cash processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the customer experience.
