Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Collect and process production data from sources such as process historians, MES systems, and sensors.
- Develop robust data pipelines and analytical models using Python and SQL.
- Design and implement Machine Learning models for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection.
- Implement Large Language Model (LLM) applications for document processing and knowledge extraction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate digital solutions into operational value.
- Document methodologies and results in compliance with GMP requirements.
Profiel
Requirements
- You bring 3+ years of experience in a data science or analytical role.
- You have advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation, including pandas, scikit-learn, and NumPy.
- You possess strong skills in SQL for relational database management and complex queries.
- You have practical experience building and validating Machine Learning models for time-series and predictive analysis.
- You bring knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM), including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- You have experience with IIoT data contextualization using AVEVA PI Asset Framework or Seeq.
- You possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- You are proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Knowledge of WERUM PAS-X or other MES systems.
- Familiarity with DeltaV DCS or process control systems.
- Experience using Cursor or Claude for code development.
