Functieomschrijving
Following comprehensive in-house training, you will work independently with a variety of sheet metal processing machines. You will manufacture and process metal components according to technical drawings and ensure a high-quality finish for every part.
Your responsibilities include:
- Operating and setting up various sheet metal processing machines.
- Performing cutting and bending operations based on technical drawings.
- Calculating flat patterns and preparing production parts.
- Processing metal components through bending, cutting, punching, tapping, and grinding.
- Performing semi-automatic welding when required.
- Inspecting finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures.
Profiel
- You hold an A2 degree in Mechanics or have equivalent experience.
- You have experience with a guillotine shear, press brake, corner notching machine, and punching machine.
- You can read and accurately interpret technical drawings.
- You possess strong spatial awareness and technical insight.
- You work accurately, independently, and with a strong focus on quality.
- You follow safety and quality procedures diligently.
- Good knowledge of Dutch or English is sufficient.
