Jobomschrijving
- Manage demand planning, production scheduling and inventory levels for raw materials and semi-finished goods
- Translate sales requirements and production capacity into effective production plans and MRP requirements
- Monitor stock levels, warehouse capacity and material availability while proactively resolving supply bottlenecks
- Analyse supply chain performance through KPIs, reporting and management information
- Coordinate logistics activities, intercompany shipments and international supply flows
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence
- Lead and coach a team of three direct reports while driving continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives
Profiel
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Production Planning or Logistics within an industrial environment
- Proven experience working with international stakeholders and global supply chain networks
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred), Supply Chain tools and advanced Excel
- Analytical problem solver with a proactive and hands-on mindset
- Fluent in English and a conversational level in Dutch is required
- Able to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment
