Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Manage ICT procurement dossiers from intake and market exploration to contract award and follow-up.
- Optimize and monitor procurement activities within ICT domains focusing on Total Cost of Ownership, quality, and service levels.
- Ensure strict compliance with public procurement legislation in collaboration with legal and finance departments.
- Implement procurement strategies and drive continuous improvement within ICT sourcing processes.
- Negotiate commercial and financial conditions and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
- Support and challenge internal stakeholders during tender and negotiation trajectories.
Profiel
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant senior-level experience in procurement within complex or technical environments.
- You have proven experience in ICT procurement covering hardware, software, services, and licensing.
- You possess extensive knowledge and practical experience with public procurement legislation and open tenders.
- You bring a background in managing technical procurement dossiers and complex financial/legal negotiations.
- You have a Master’s degree or an equivalent professional background.
- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
- You're proficient in MS Office and have affinity with SAP, Ariba, or Icertis.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English with a good knowledge of French.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working within highly regulated or critical infrastructure sectors.
- Previous experience using SAP Ariba for tender management.
