Functieomschrijving
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Packaging Supervisor to join the team on the night shift.
Your responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the packaging team during the night shift.
- Ensure that packaging activities are carried out efficiently and according to production planning.
- Follow and maintain the work schedule
- Lead and coordinate team members
- Actively contribute to the work on the floor
- Work responsibly, flexibly, and independently
Profiel
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a packaging, production, or supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Good command of English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
