As a Customer Service DACH for the medical sector your responsibilities are:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Process orders and ensure correct documentation for the medical sector.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support customers with product-related questions and technical assistance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within customer service operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Profiel
A successful Customer Service DACH for the medical sector should have:
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of customer service processes and tools.
- Experience in SAP is a big plus
